Reviews are essential for building trust! They allow families to provide feedback to help providers improve their offerings and help other families make informed decisions. Here’s how the review system works:

Where can I see the activity reviews?

Reviews will be listed on the activity’s public page as soon as they are collected.

Who can leave a review about an activity?

Any customer who has attended an activity can leave a review.

What is the process for leaving a review?

Each customer who attended an activity will receive an email requesting a review. Customers have 14 days to respond. They will be asked to:

  • Rate the activity from 1 to 5.
  • Leave two types of reviews:
    • A public review that will be automatically displayed on the activity page.
    • A private review that only the provider will be able to see.

Providers will be notified via email each time one of their activities receives a review.

Removing a review

Village does not moderate reviews before they are published, and as a provider, you can’t remove a review written about your activity. However, reviews should be respectful and truthful; otherwise, they will be removed. If you believe a review is unfair or disrespectful, report it to hello@village.com, and the Village Team will take appropriate action.
