Archive an activity

If you no longer offer an activity, or you created a test activity to explore our software, you can archive it to keep your provider page and marketplace clean and focused on active offerings. Archiving ensures that activities are removed from public view while allowing you to retain access for internal purposes such as checking the roster or understanding your reports.
What activities can I archive?
You can archive any published or draft series, one-off, or appointment activity—unless it has confirmed registrations for upcoming or ongoing schedules or booked appointments. Before archiving, you’ll need to manage all confirmed registrations.
What will happen when I archive an activity?

- It will no longer appear on the marketplace.
- It will no longer be visible on your provider page.
- It can’t be accessed via URL, shared, or viewed live.
- You won't be able to add new schedules or configure appointments until you unarchive the activity.
- Any upcoming or ongoing schedules will be automatically canceled.
Your archived activities will still be included in your reports. Even though they’re no longer offered, they remain valuable to your business history!
Steps to archive an activity

- Go to the “Activities” tab.
- Find the activity you wish to archive.
- Click the “More Options” menu (⋮) on the activity row.
- Select “Archive.”
- Confirm your choice in the warning modal.
Once archived, the activity will move to the “Archived” tab.
Steps to unarchive an activity:
- Go to the “Activities” tab.
- Find the activity you wish to archive.
- Click the “More Options” menu (⋮) on the activity row.
