Filter and export the list of orders

Your needs as a provider are as diverse as the extracurricular activities you offer. That’s why we provide tools to help you access powerful data, download it, and customize it to create reports tailored to your business.
Export order list as CSV
- Go to the Orders tab.
- Click “Export CSV.”
- Choose whether to export the entire database (no filters applied) or the current view (with your selected filters or search query).
Once exported, a spreadsheet file will appear in your computer’s download folder. You can open this file using Excel or Numbers. If you don’t have these tools, upload the CSV to your Google Drive to open it with Google Sheets.
This spreadsheet can provide valuable insights if you know how to filter the data. Learn more about this.
Filter order list
You can filter your orders by the date they were created. By default, the list includes all orders from the first one created in your organization up to today’s date.
The Orders tab displays all orders placed, regardless of item type. If you’d like, you can narrow this down by:
- Activity registration: This shows all orders placed for registrations. You can refine this view further by selecting specific activities or schedules.
- Pack purchase: This shows only orders for pack purchases. You can also refine this view to see orders for specific pack purchased.
Once you’ve selected the item type you want to focus on, you can further refine your view using advanced filters:
- Payment status: Filter orders based on:
- Remaining payments
- Late payments
- Refunded payments
- Canceled payments
- Payment method: Use this filter to identify orders marked as paid offline.
- Discount code: Filter orders where a specific discount code was applied.
- Registration status: Identify orders for registrations that were canceled—by you, a staff member, or the customer.
- Pricing rule: Filter orders where a pricing rule was applied.
Pack redeemed: Filter orders where a specific pack (or packs) was redeemed.
To apply these advanced filters, click “+ Add Filter” and explore other available options.
