Having issues with Village software? Here’s how to fix It

We’re always improving Village and releasing new features! Sometimes, your browser may store an older version of the software, which can cause issues. A hard refresh can help load the newest version of the software and solve those issues. Learn how to hard refresh on different devices:

Hard refresh on Windows:

• Google Chrome, Edge, or Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + R
• Alternative method: Hold Ctrl and click the Reload button

Hard refresh on Mac:

• Google Chrome or Firefox: Press Command (⌘) + Shift + R
• Safari: Press Command (⌘) + Option + R
