Overview cards: How is my business doing?
At the top of the Revenue Report, you’ll see cards showing key stats for the time period you’ve selected. Here’s a quick guide:
- Orders: The total number of orders placed, including any orders you created on behalf of customers.
- Unique Customers: The total number of unique customers who placed an order, including how many are first-time customers.
- Collected: The total amount you’ve received from payments and scholarships minus refunds.
Important details about the “Collected” amount:
- Refunds are subtracted from this total.
- Includes both payments made at checkout and installments successfully charged during the selected period.
- Includes scholarships parents used to subsidize their registrations, as well as orders marked as paid offline.
- Does not include pending installments.
- Processing fees are not subtracted here; they’ll be deducted later in the payoff.
In the table, you will be able to see the collected amount broken down, allowing you to evaluate individually the payments received (including those subsidized with scholarships) and the payments refunded.

Date range: How is my business evolving over time?
Use the date filter to choose the time period you want to analyze. You can view your numbers for last week, last month, last year, or any custom date range.
💡 Pro tip: Want to compare how your business is evolving? Use the split screen to view two different date ranges side by side.
Group by: What offerings are most valuable to my business?
You can choose how to break down your data:
- View results by individual activities or packs.
- Or aggregate them by label for a broader overview.
No matter how you choose to group the data, the overview cards at the top will always show the total sums.
