At Village, we understand the importance of trust in the relationship between providers and families. One effective way to build that trust is by optimizing your provider's public page. Here's how:

What is my Provider page?

Your provider page is the public face where parents can get to know you, access contact information, and explore your current and past offerings.

How to edit my Provider public page

  1. Click on the Provider dropdown.
  2. Go to the "Details" tab.
  3. Scroll down to discover and complete all sections.

Enhance your page

Add catchy slogan

Craft a catchy slogan that communicates more about your brand. Keep it short and to the point.

Examples:

  • "Helping kids achieve their full potential in life through dance!"
  • "Homemade Cakes for One!"
  • "Creative Fun for Everyone!"

Write an engaging description

Share insights into what you do, why you do it, and the history and experience behind your business. Tell your story, even if you're a small enterprise.

Example:

“Hello, my name is Cyndi. I graduated from UWEC and worked for Holiday Vacations/Travel for 16 years. When the kids started arriving, I realized it was harder to travel and leave them. I was searching for something closer. I have always been crafty and love art. I wanted to create a FAMILY friendly studio where everyone could feel comfortable to create their own canvas. In January of 2016, we moved into our studio space at 2524 Golf Rd 2C. A great space for a birthday party.

We have added other products along the way including shattered art with our glass buffet, wood boards, wine glasses, canvas bags, screens and different sizes of canvases! Don’t tell my landlord but we have over 700 pictures on the walls in our building to inspire you! Come and see!  We can do a party as large as 150 – and growing. NEW in 2023 is our second party room and a splatter shack! You will love making a beautiful mess.

I started this business for my kids. I wanted to be flexible to work around their busy schedules. I also wanted a place they could hang out and be with me if need be. They are becoming great painters and learning what it takes to start your own business!”

Provide website and social links

Include links to your Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube accounts to showcase your legitimacy and history.

Upload a logo

Upload an image to personalize your page.

  1. Tap on “Upload from device”
  2. Pick a photo from a folder on your device
🌇 Don't have a logo? No worries! You can still personalize your provider page by uploading a picture—whether it's an image of your facility or a snapshot of yourself.
📸 Can't find your logo file right now? No problem! You can even screenshot your logo from your social media. Just use the Print Screen button (PrtSc), or if you're on Windows, press the Windows logo key + Shift + S. On a Mac, use Command + Shift + 4. It's that simple!

By taking these steps, you're not just building a provider page – you're establishing a connection with families and fostering trust in your offerings. Let your story shine, and watch as families resonate with your passion and commitment.
