Set up your email notifications

To ensure you stay updated, the following notifications are activated by default:
- Registration confirmation: Notifies you when a participant registers for your activity.
- Registration cancellation: Notifies you when a participant cancels their registration for your activity.
- Activity review: Notifies you when a customer leaves a review for your activity.
- Auto-charge payment failure: Notifies you when Village is unable to process an installment payment.
- Payout initiated: Notifies you when Village initiates a transfer to your Stripe account.
- Payout action required: Sends recurring reminders if setup steps are missing to receive payouts.
All notifications are sent to the email address specified in your account (found under the “My Account” tab). You can customize your personal notification preferences as a staff member within your organization by following these steps:
Steps to edit your notifications:
- Navigate to the "Preference" tab.
- Edit your email notification preferences by clicking on the available options for each item.
- Your changes will be automatically saved.
