Steps to make your activity private

If you prefer to keep your activity hidden from Village’s marketplace, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Activity tab and find the activity you want to hide.
  2. Open the activity details and tap the Edit button.
  3. Navigate to the Visibility tab, click Edit, and select the Private option. Be sure to save your visibility settings.

Go to the Activity tab, open the activity details and click "Edit".

On the activity manager, under the Visibility tab (fourth on the list), click edit to change the visibility settings.

All set! Your activity is now hidden from your provider page. Don't worry, it remains accessible for sharing and sign-ups; people with the link can still view and register for the activity. If you would like to make this activity public again, you can do so at any time by repeating this process.

You should consider making your activity private if:

  • You're not ready to announce registration yet.
  • It's a private activity or a custom facility rental and you'd prefer to handle registrations yourself by creating orders on behalf of your customers.
  • You want to offer exclusive access to select customers before opening to the public.
