Sign up as a provider - Onboarding to Village
Welcome to Village! Let's get started with this exciting journey:
Signing up to Village for the first time.
Make your passion a business in a few clicks. Tap here to get started.
You can create a Provider account using your email: Input your email address, set a password, tap 'create account', and verify your email through the link sent to your inbox. We recommend using a unique password that you haven't used on any other platform. You can always reset it later if you forget it, or use your phone number to sign in instead after you completed the verification process.

Already have a parent account? Sign up as a Provider:
If you already have a parent account, follow these steps:
- Sign up with your existing account.
- Go to your account menu on the top right corner, select 'My account'.
- Tap the 'Sign up as a provider' button on the left side of your screen.
- In the pop-up, tap 'Add profile' to create your provider account.
You can seamlessly switch between provider and parent roles by tapping the switch button.
Onboarding to Village: experience preview
Head to the 'Get Started' tab to begin your provider onboarding. The process consists basically on three things:
- Create your provider profile
- Complete and verify your account details
- Publish your first activity
While the process is quick, creating a standout activity takes a bit more time—around 30 minutes. Craft a compelling description, upload fantastic photos, and take a moment to design the offering you will provide. Grab a coffee, get comfortable, and let's make your Village debut successful!
Tips to kick off your Village journey on the right foot
- Remember, the phone number you add to your account details doesn't have to be a public contact number for families. You can set up your visible contact information on your provider public page later, after completing your onboarding.
- Feeling nervous about hitting publish? No need to worry; your activity won't be public right away! You can edit and enhance it while our team ensures everything is ready to go live.

After publishing: getting familiar with Village software

Log in to Village
Once you have created your account and verified your phone number you will be able to log in to Village using either your email address or your phone number. That is up to you!
