Village software 101: An overview for new users

As you embark on your journey with us, we understand that questions may arise. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions by providers as soon as they publish their first activity:

How will I know when I receive a registration?

We've got you covered! Every time you receive a new registration confirmation or cancellation, we'll automatically send you an email notification. Email notifications are turned on by default, but you can manage your notification settings through your account overview.

Where can I see the registrations that come through?

Navigate to the "Roster" section, where you'll find a list of learners who have registered for each of your activity schedules. You´ll be able to keep track of your schedule fill rate and access specific information about each attendee easily.

What do I need to do to get paid?

Getting paid is seamless with Village. Simply follow our step-by-step guide to create and connect your Stripe account with our platform. 

How can I edit my activity?

Just published your activity but want to make some tweaks? No worries, you have full control to edit and optimize your activity at any time. You can access basic settings to edit your activity category, title, description, age range and gallery. And you can take it even further and explore some of our advanced settings that allow you to add activity requirements, collect waivers, add registration form questions or pricing rules. My activity was a success: How do I add a new schedule?

An activity can offer multiple schedules, each outlining specific dates and times for families to sign up. You don't need to start from scratch every time you want to offer your activity again; simply navigate to the 'Calendar' tab and add a new schedule in just three clicks
